Assessment. Training. Placement — threaded on a single platform.
Most people don't lose out on a job because they lack ability. They lose out because nobody ever told them which direction to point it in. The Transformation Career Program starts by finding that direction, then builds the skills and the introductions around it.
Who it's for
Fresh graduates, early-career professionals, and career-switchers.
Why we built it this way
We used to run training and placement as separate services. It worked, in a limited way: people finished a course, and then a few months later somebody tried to place them. The gap between the two was where most candidates quietly gave up.
Threading them together fixed that. The trainer knows which companies are hiring. The placement team knows exactly what each candidate has been drilled on. Nothing has to be re-explained at the handover, because there isn't one.
What the weeks actually look like
Mornings are instruction and practice. Afternoons are applied — case work, mock panels, group discussions, and the unglamorous business of rewriting your CV until it survives thirty seconds of a recruiter's attention.
Every fortnight there's a checkpoint with your mentor. It's short and specific: what's improved, what hasn't, and what changes in the next two weeks.

Three phases, one continuous thread.
01
Assess
A structured diagnostic covering aptitude, communication, domain basics and work preferences. You leave the first week with a written read on where you actually stand — not a score, a conversation you can act on.
02
Train
The curriculum is assembled after the assessment, not before it. Someone strong technically but shaky in interviews gets a very different eight weeks from someone with the opposite problem.
03
Place
We open our hiring-partner network progressively — practice interviews first, real ones once you're ready. Nobody gets sent into a room they'll be embarrassed in.
What you walk away with
A clear, defensible answer to 'what role are you going for, and why'
Skills mapped to what hiring managers actually screen for
Interview practice with real employers, not just classmates
A CV and profile that survive a recruiter's first pass
Before you ask.
Do I need a technical background?
No. Around half of each cohort comes from non-technical degrees. The assessment sorts out which track fits you.
Is placement guaranteed?
No, and we'd be careful with anyone who promises it. What we commit to is unlimited introductions within the network while you're actively engaged with the program.
