Placement Policy
Trancose is committed to supporting final placements for every student who completes their program, assessment and training modules.
The policy in full
Register with Trancose at the very start of the program, through the form available under the placement tab.
Placement support is provided to all students who successfully complete their program of studies (UG and PG) and attend the assessment and training modules along with successful screening by our team.
One job offer is provided to each student, after which they cease to be on the list of eligible candidates.
A student who registers for a company's process but does not turn up three times will be considered placed.
Attendance in every assessment test, training module and screening process is mandatory for placement eligibility.
If a student is selected by more than one company on the same day, they must inform the transformation team of their choice within 24 hours of the results.
Students must be prepared to travel to the company office, selection venue, or attend an e-campus drive as required.
Job descriptions are notified on the website and communicated by email, text and WhatsApp group — students must keep themselves updated and meet announced deadlines. Late applications are not entertained.
Short-listed students must appear for the complete selection process. Any withdrawal or no-show debars the student from further placement assistance.
