• One has to register oneself with Transformation Consultancy Services at the very starting of the program, through a form available on the website under placement tab.
  • Transformation Consultancy Services is committed to provide support in the final placements to all students who have successfully completed their program of studies (UG and PG) and also attended the assessment and training module along with successful screening conducted by our team.
  • The policy of the company states that it will provide only one job offer to each student, after which s/he will cease to be on the list of eligible candidates for placement.
  • If the student registers himself/ herself for a particular company’s placement process but remains absent or do not turn up for the same for maximum three times, he or she will be considered placed by us.
  • Attendance in each and every assessment test, training module, screening process is mandatory, for all the students to become eligible for placement opportunities.
  • In case, two or more companies are conducting their interview process on the same time, and some student gets selected in more than one of these companies then s/he has to inform the transformation team about his choice of joining company before 24 hrs from the time of declaration of result by these companies.
  • Students have to be prepared to go to the company’s office, selection venue or for the E campus drive for the complete selection process as required by the recruiting company.
  • The transformation team will notify job descriptions over website and communicate it to the students through e mails, text messages and through WhatsApp group. It is the duty of every student to keep him/her updated with the same and to comply with the announced datelines. No late applications / requests will be entertained.
  • It will be mandatory for all short-listed students to appear for the complete selection process / interview. Any withdrawal / no-show will debar the student from placement assistance of our company.
