When a student gets placed in a company as a employee after his/her selection, on very first day or second, company starts the process of documentation that involves verification of all the relevant degrees, mark sheets and certificates, filling up of certain forms by the employee such as nomination, details of bank a/c for payment purposes, issuance of mobiles or laptops as per company policy and any other major or minor formality that may vary from company to company, briefing him/her about the company, products, services, departments, key people of the company, timings, leave rules, pay and perks, etc.

Once the process of documentation is done the HR officials of the company usually initiates the induction program for the new employee so that s/he becomes comfortable, settles down well and understands company’s culture, rules, work requirement.
